From striking marble benchtops to sophisticated granite fireplace surrounds and antibacterial quartz bathroom finishes, Falco Marble & Granite is proud to provide all the unparalleled quality materials and services that your home deserves!

Value & Style

But why should you choose marble, granite, quartz or even other natural stone over cheaper alternatives such as tiles and man-made laminates?

SERVICES

From being naturally scratch- and heat-resistant to the non-porous properties that create an easy-to-clean and antibacterial finish… The valuable properties found in natural materials aren't easily replicated in their man-made alternatives.

Value

MARKETING

Renovating your kitchen generates an average return on investment (ROI) of around 60%. And now, with advancements in fabricating technology, realistic and practical marble substitutes such as high-quality quartz are more affordable and accessible than ever.

Timeless Style

LEADS

Just like the seasons, styles change. But natural materials always remain.
Suppose you’re looking to update your home to a more contemporary look that'll last for decades. In that case, natural materials like granite and marble, or their realistic, more durable alternatives like quartz, are the way to go!

Remnants are perfect for

  •  FIREPLACES
  • BATHROOM  vanitytops and small shower pieces
  • Small Kitchens galley kitchens, small rental kitchens

The Kitchen Is Only The Beginning

When we think of granite, marble, quartz and even stone, our first thought tends to be one of sleek kitchen countertops and backsplashes.

But these stunning materials are actually much more versatile than most people know.

Expand Your Outdoor Space

Instead of bringing the outdoors inside, why not bring the indoors outside with functional and stylish outdoors and kitchens?

Outdoor entertainment and living spaces are growing in popularity. They provide another dimension and more usability to your outdoor space — not to mention adding extra value to your home.

Styled Living Areas

Spruce up your living space with a beautiful fireplace surround or mantlepiece. The natural heat-proof properties of some natural materials make them ideal for handling the heat of a winter fire without damage.

Oh, and they look fantastic too!

Bathe In Luxury

Of course, materials like marble, quartz and granite are great to use in the bathroom, just as in the kitchen.

But did you know that they're also great for shower benches and thresholds? This is because their flat surfaces don’t allow water the same opportunities to escape as tiles and grout.

This extends your shower’s life while giving your bathroom a contemporary and indulgent feel! Even small accent pieces like corner soap dishes and knee wall caps can bring a sense of luxury to a relaxing space…

 Inherited Beauty

Looking for luxury design accents? Maybe you want investment pieces for your home and children?

Need custom-designed furniture (like tables) that provide functionality, a timeless style, steady appreciation, stand the test of time and can be passed down through the generations?

Well, your search ends here…

With the Falco Marble & Granite team, this becomes more than just a possibility; we make it a reality!

At Falco Marble & Granite, we combine high-quality materials and the most cutting-edge technology with all our expert knowledge and extensive experience to make your dreams come true.

Choose Quality That Suits Your Needs

Choosing the right material for your project can be overwhelming.
Many fabricators focus on the color and style of stone. But this is the truth:
There's so much more to picking the perfect material for your project than how it looks.
These are all important considerations that should be made:
  • Price
  • Durability
  • Heat resistance
  • Antibacterial properties
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and extensive lineage in stone masonry and fabrication, the team here at Falco Marble & Granite are experts at helping you choose the right material to suit your needs.

 Marble

Marble remains one of the most popular choices for countertops worldwide.

Its crisp, high-gloss finish and natural veining patterns make for a beautiful and timeless finish. Plus, the perception of marble as a luxury material can increase your home’s value and saleability.

While marble does last extremely well, it does, however, require some care and maintenance, such as regular sealing, to preserve its finish and maximize its lifespan.

Granite

Like marble, granite is a beautiful natural material.

The colors and patterns available are one-of-a-kind and tend to be more varied than marble. Granite is also more durable when it comes to heat and scratches.

Granite remains naturally cool, making it a great surface for kitchens, especially if you love getting your apron dirty with baking.

Depending on the granite you choose, however, it may still need regular sealing to maintain its finish.

Granite is also extremely heavy and may need additional support when doing large installations, which can increase labor costs.

But the good news? Granite lasts forever, so you’ll only need to install it once!

Quartz

Quartz comes in two forms:

Natural quartz is an ultra-tough material available in a variety of colors and finishes.

On the Mohs scale of mineral hardness, where a diamond is a ten for being the hardest and marble sits between a three and a five, quartz is rated seven out of ten! The natural varieties of quartz, however, are slightly porous and will need sealing at least once a year.

Man-made quartz isn’t as tough as natural quartz, but it’s lower maintenance because of its non-porous composition, making it great for kitchens and bathrooms!

While quartz, like granite, can be incredibly tough, it’s extremely heavy too. It’s also prone to discoloration from direct sunlight and heat damage.

But if you’re looking for a low-maintenance option that comes in a huge range of colors and finishes, quartz might be for you.

 Other Stones

You can choose among the stones you prefer. They do, however, vary in their durability and maintenance needs. Therefore, it’s always best to consult an expert before selecting, such as the experts here at Falco Marble & Granite!

Expert Guidance

It’s clear that your choice of materials affects much more than your project's finished look.

Not only does the team at Falco Marble & Granite provide expert support and guidance in choosing the ideal type of material for your project, but we also assist you in choosing the individual slab/slabs to suit your needs and style.

And guess what? It takes just a few minutes to get started!

Unmatched Care & Attention

While investing in materials like marble, granite and even quartz for your home is a fantastic choice for future enjoyment and returns, it can also come with a large upfront cost.

…And this makes it even more frustrating when things go wrong.

Whether this is due to inexperience, a lack of care and attention or cost-cutting materials and techniques, any mistakes made when working with these materials can be costly.

One can fall into many pitfalls if a contractor lacks the necessary experience, motivation or skill.

Some of these pitfalls may be:

  • The seams between pieces breaking or separating
  • Stains or spots
  • A lack of reinforcements where necessary
  • The grain in the material not being cut in the right direction concerning the room’s layout
  • Damage to your home throughout the installation process
  • A poor choice in low-quality materials
Avoid the risk to your investment by choosing a fabricator you can trust.

Falco Marble & Granite is a knowledgeable and responsible family team! We’ll protect your investment as though it were our own.

…Because as a small business, we need our happy customers as much as they need us.

Customer Service

With Falco Marble & Granite, you’re not just another number; you’re family.

As a family-owned and operated business, we want all our customers to feel valued. But, just as no two pieces of marble or granite are the same, neither are any two homes. With Falco Marble & Granite, you can rest assured that you, your project and your home will be treated with the utmost respect!
But don’t take our word for it. Instead, why don't you check out some of our 100+ five-star reviews?

We spent a bunch of time doing research and was very impressed with all the 5 star reviews, so we reached out to Falco. Richie was very responsive and thorough with the answers to all our questions. He also made some recommendations with the layout and we are so pleased with the outcome. This was a big change, moving from granite to quartz and it was a pleasure to work with the team and I would highly recommend them.

What Is Vein Matching?

Every natural slab is different, with its own color and pattern of markings. We refer to these markings/patterns as veins.

With larger projects like countertops, more than one slab is often required.

And to disguise the joins in the separate slabs, the fabricator and installer would need to match up the veins where the slabs connect.

This was a time-consuming process that took a lot of skill and years of experience to get right.

Today, however, vein matching is quicker, easier and more precise with modern technology!

At Falco Marble & Granite, we’re passionate about providing our customers with the best service. And yes, that includes utilizing the newest technology.

Our templating is already all laser digital for the best precision and speed.

Further investments soon to be made will bring our programming layouts into the future too. This digitization will allow us to do things like material vein matching in minutes.

(Oh, and did I mention that we could do this right before your eyes?)
